BIAAS issued a grant for $9,836 to Rae Di Cicco to fund a study of Erika Giovanna Klien’s encounter with Native American art and how it influenced her own artistic styles. The grant funded research and travel across the United States, including New York and Phoenix as well as archival research in Vienna. The project is set to result in part of Di Cicco’s dissertation and a journal article.
